A lot of people who come to Harmony Hypnosis, Austin's Quit Smoking Headquarters, are worried that without cigarettes, they'll have no way to relieve stress.

Well, a big part of smoking a cigarette is taking a break, breathing deeply, and doing something with your hands--and none of those require that you inhale poison.
